It is interesting as there have been 11 disclosures, most of which were in 2011. The chapter indicates that the Revenue Commissioners have not, to date, identified any schemes through its tax avoidance work which it considers should have been disclosed. Is it working very effectively from the analysis done by the Revenue Commissioners? Put the low level of mandatory disclosures in context for me.
