As with housing programmes generally, we engage with local authorities on delivery right across the board. We provide them with as much forward visibility as we possibly can on the available funding so they can plan for what they need to do to be able to draw it down. For some authorities, we even move money around because there are local authorities that go beyond their allocation. We get a clear supportive arrangement in place in respect of finance and any issues with which we can possibly help. It does, however, come down to the local authorities themselves-----
