I do not believe that. It is a nonsense that PTSB has been peddling for some time now, supported by some commentators, but it totally untrue in reality and in practice. In regard to the 1,050 accounts, it was said in a statement from PTSB that these are attached to buy-to-let properties. Do the witnesses agree with that statement?
