I refer to IIB and the famous circular which referred to IIB home loans and a new tracker product at a rate of 0.9% issued in 2006. It was described as fantastic news. Mr. Verbraeken is aware of that circular. Originally, there was denial that that circular existed but the bank now accepts that it exists.
