That is out there in the future and I am more interested in the heretofore. It is great we will have all these things in the future but I am concerned with the here and now. Let us use the Carpenter case as an example. I do not know what physicians were involved. They are not named in any cases I have seen. Are the various people associated with that case now subject to monitoring, retraining or supervision as a result of their proximity to a case in which there was a problem, albeit there was no admission of liability?
