It is not. In terms of our people strategy - the issue of culture has come up over the course of the day - we firmly believe that leadership and culture drives everything with regard to safer, better healthcare. There is a specific section in that strategy on leadership accountability. It is more than just words in a document. There is an action plan on how we will implement accountability and performance management. The Sláintecare report, which we will hopefully be moving ahead with, will allow us to land that accountability piece across the organisation.
