Dr. Coffey can understand and appreciate that for people watching this meeting, and, trust me, thousands of people are watching it, even up to this hour, the idea that National Cancer Registry Ireland, which reports directly to the Department, and CervicalCheck, which comes through the Health Service Executive, HSE, and up to the Department, could not get its act together across data protection issues is a laugh. We do not know yet the problems this has caused. In fairness, I do not expect the witnesses to know but this will cause problems. I guarantee that when this report is done, this will have caused problems. That is absolute incompetence at some level somewhere.
I seek information. Is there two-way transfer in the BowelScreen?
