Can I make just one point to add to this which may explain some of the hiatus? As the Deputy is aware, the Government published the national cancer strategy last year. The steering group deliberated on that and developed that over about a two-year period. I was on that as well as Professor Harry Comber. There was a lot of discussion about the best way to organise cancer data to give access. There was discussion, recommendations in the final document and an aspiration to improve systems, but that is what was happening in that two-year period.
