One of the things that is worth clarifying is whether the convention of the HSE when the Minister attended a meeting was to minute it. It tended to be a more informal meeting and was not a full directorate meeting. I am not certain that this was the only one of those meetings. We minuted the ones in the Department. We supplied a secretariat. The HSE is looking into that and will come back on it.
