This is an important question. We have people from the Department, the HSE and even communications in the HSE and CervicalCheck, and nobody in the room was aware that up to 80% of women were not being informed through their clinicians until the Vicky Phelan case became public knowledge. Is that what I am being told by everyone in this room? If that is not the case, then somebody please tell me that is not true.
