When will this legislation be implemented, as it has been an ongoing discussion since 2015?! At least it would be an eye opener for those who get recruited with false hopes of getting into a training post! An internship considered unrecognised as per the Irish medical council does not mean doctors from the supposedly unrecognised countries possess zero credibility or clinical acumen. No other medical council has this clause treating other non EU nationals unfairly!
