Regarding consumers, as I said, it is not within our power to get redress for those consumers. It is within the power of the Central Bank. Therefore, it has to be the Central Bank that deals with those individual cases and gets redress, and that it does that properly. If the Central Bank has evidence of theft or fraud, it has an obligation to report that to the Garda in the same way-----
