I would not want to delay the committee by reading the terms of reference of the tribunal but I think it would be helpful to the committee if members were to read the terms of reference carefully. They are from term A to term P, which is why I do not want to delay the committee. The material about which the Deputy is talking is not covered by the terms of reference.
