My final question will be brief and have nothing to do with that matter. Regarding Templemore staff, I seek an assurance - the witnesses can write to us, as I do not expect an answer now - about the status of their contracts. I am concerned about ensuring that there are no issues with zero-hour contracts and self-employment being treated in the wrong way and that everyone in Templemore is working under the appropriate conditions.
