Tusla entered into a partnership with the Galway University Foundation, which is the agent for The Atlantic Philanthropies, through which Tusla is being given €8.05 million over three years and of which €2.94 million has so far been received. I see that Tusla's expenditure in that regard to date is €1.859 million, which seems to be all on staff and administration. Is that the case?
