There was also an agreement reached between the individual and the local service provider that he would only pay back half of the amount that was due, but even that has not been paid back. That does not fill me with confidence or assure me that this issue has been taken seriously and been dealt with properly. I ask Mr. McCarthy to confirm that an agreement was reached.
