One can always point to shortages and public capital spending is something that should be happening on an ongoing basis, but making international comparisons is difficult. The Deputy pointed out that Dublin, which is a capital city, did not have a metro network, but we also spent on capital investment projects in recent years that might not have been the most appropriate. If people are discussing shutting down rail lines that were developed in recent years where a motorway network ran along parts of them and that are operating at 10% or 15% capacity,-----
