I welcome the delegation. Mr. Coffey stated that it was difficult to measure whether there was an infrastructure deficit, but surely it is not. In terms of public transport, for example, if one is in the capital of another European country with a much smaller economy than ours and uses a metro that the city has had for the past 40 years, surely one can see that Dublin is, in English terms, in the second division. It is not even in the championship or premiership. Other cities deal with the issues of housing and homelessness much better than us, are expanding their universities, have good apprenticeship schemes and so forth. Sometimes, the evidence of one's own eyes tells how there are significant infrastructure deficits in this country.
