He asked for it to be released under FOI and received a highly redacted version of it. That is just one of the truly bizarre and unacceptable episodes of which the committee has become aware. Ms Feehily said that she had a conversation with the head of audit in July 2016. Was that the chair of the audit committee as opposed to the internal auditor?
