Would he have concern about the time gap from 27 July, when the Commissioner was informed and when there was a meeting that Mr. Barrett attended? There are differences of opinion between him and the Commissioner on the nature of that meeting and what was discussed. Is it correct that it was however over four weeks before Mr. Waters' office was informed?
