Can I ask that the secretariat make this letter available to the Policing Authority, if it is appropriate, to assist it in its work? Ms Feehily mentioned she had a dialogue with Mr. Kelly, the head of internal audit in the Garda, and he told her that processes were afoot. Did he at any time allude to Ms Feehily that he was not getting the kind of co-operation he required or that there was a level of obstruction? Was there any sense or indication of that?
