Going back to the Cabra account, I want to clear something up for myself. That was an account into which moneys from Templemore were transferred rather than being one of the 50 Templemore accounts. Was it an account that the Commissioner knew about? Was the opening of that account sanctioned? Or is the real issue here how that account was used rather than its existence?
