If people replied to Mr. Nugent and stated they had adhered to the legislation, that would be fine. However, the issue is that the request was made on 4 May. We are trying to determine something in straight language. The people who made returns to SIPO did not do so as a result of their being raised by this committee or, in other words, from 4 May until now.
