I come back to this issue of 27 July and the Commissioner acting promptly. Obviously, this must have been a very important issue for the Commissioner. It must have been very high in her priorities given the evidence or documentation she had been made aware of. She had the letter, which we cannot see, from the head of legal affairs. She told us she wanted the Department involved and she acted promptly. However, August, September, October; there were two and a half months where the Department did not even know that this existed.
