I have a final question and then a couple of comments. When did the Commissioner first inform the Department of the issues in Templemore? Sorry, I will take that back. When did she have her first ever conversation or communication of any sort with the Department? I refer to the Commissioner personally because we have heard that the Department found out through being cc'd on an email from Mr. Ken Ruane. They are in next and Ms Barry is here. When did the Commissioner have her first conversation or communication with anyone in the Department?
