I welcome everyone back. It has been a long day. There has been time during the break to consider the correspondence that the Commissioner only saw today for the first time, even though her colleagues had it earlier. Would she have anything to add to her earlier contribution with regard to Mr. Culhane's reference to muddying things up?

That was of course in relation to seeking charitable status for the college. Does the Commissioner have anything to add? She has perhaps had time to confer and consult externally on that. She said it was the first she had heard of it.
