If the Leas-Chathaoirleach will bear with me, with respect to the Commissioner, a number of questions were put to her this morning by a number of members of the committee, to which she replied that the reason she took decisive action was because she wanted to identify the problem and fix it. She accepted that there was a problem. She would not have established a steering committee if she did not accept that there was a problem. A couple of minutes ago, she used the word "irregular". I did not use the term. The Commissioner also used it earlier today. All I am asking is whether she accepted at that point that there was the possibility of irregular financial activity in the Garda Training College, even if she did not accept that it was a fact?
