In relation to this document, I understand that the Commissioner has not had a chance. In relation to her evidence being given here, I ask her to understand the following. We will respect the fact that she has only seen this document briefly. We will pursue the matter only on that basis and not as if she has full and wholesome knowledge of this for a long period.
