The Commissioner is right and that certainly is not her fault. I can tell her with absolute certainty that it is not the fault of anybody in terms of the secretariat or the membership of the committee. I happened to become aware that there may be a document of this nature. I sought it from the secretariat who did not know of it and who, in turn, raised it outside the room with some of the Commissioner's officials here today. Lo and behold, the document was produced.
