Can the Commissioner write to us and set out on paper the facts in respect of Mr. Howard's ask of her to intervene? He was asking her to intervene and override the attack on Mr. Kelly by Mr. Culhane. We have had a vague sense of something happening and legal advices but can we have on paper dates, times, if possible, and exactly the nature of the decisive intervention?
