I wish to follow up on the points that Deputy Jim O'Callaghan and Deputy Jack Chambers made around all these compensation claims ending up in the courts. God knows, there could be many of them since the provisions are expanding beyond material damage. Does anyone in Europe deal with this through a data protection commission rather than automatically going through the courts? Does everyone in Europe have to do it through the courts?
