I thank Mr. Carroll for a comprehensive presentation. I refer to the right to be forgotten under Article 17. Where a child does not have the capacity at the time to consent, how will it work in the context of the Bill? How will it be implemented in practice in the interaction with organisations? Will regulations issue to make it workable in the context of the Bill?
