We receive a great deal of correspondence on foot of which I ask Departments and agencies to send us information. I am referring to cases where we identify breaches in legislation and financial controls, failures in policy and other issues. While the Accounting Officers do not have to agree with our views on these issues, what does the committee do on foot of these meetings?
