I ask Ms Higgins to please listen to me. I know that it is Thursday afternoon and we are all tired and mad keen to get home for Easter, none more so than myself. The question is how many local authorities has Caranua contacted to ask who is their liaison officer and state it wants them to have a liaison officer.
