I absolutely agree with the Deputy. One of the recommendations in the Garda Inspectorate's report was to employ a data quality manger. That step alone will not fix the issues. We do need new skill sets in the Garda to help us address these issues. We are currently pursuing that with the Policing Authority and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.
