Mr. Twomey can talk about the date on which we wrote to inform the Department. We did not have the facts but, as the Assistant Commissioner, Mr. Finn, outlined, when we became aware of them and they were available to us, the Policing Authority was informed, everybody was informed. The Assistant Commissioner Mr. Finn, the Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Twomey, and I had a meeting with the Minister in her Department on the Monday morning. At that stage we had the detail that was outlined and we shared that with the Minister and the Department.
