We have a bit of work to do. We have started our work on the design of the new metro north. Perhaps my colleague, Mr. Walsh, will speak about what is happening on the capital programme side.
Metro North was designed long ago - this farce of "new" MN is simply a delaying tactic. Our infrastructure spend is the lowest in the EU and in Ireland it's our lowest (%) since about 1980.
