My question follows from that point. At times, it seems to many of us that we are on the cusp or beginning of moving into a completely different economic era with the uncertainty of Brexit, the Trump presidency and the changes to quantitative easing. Does the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council try to build any of those uncertainties into the figures for domestic demand, investment and growth? The council is taking a far more conservative view of activity than the Department of Finance.
