Is that how Brown Rudnick came across the information? I am sure Mr. Neporent asked the company because he had to confirm for himself that the information was bona fide. How did Brown Rudnick explain to Mr. Neporent the nature of its examination of the portfolio or the work the company had been doing on it from March 2013?
