There is one small point that I think needs to be put on the record. Mr. Neporent stated earlier that the first time NAMA would have approached Cerberus and asked about issues around Brown Rudnick was on 2 April, but would it be right to say the deal where Cerberus was announced as the bidder was concluded on 4 April, two days later?
