I have two issues. First, are there any other matters that came to Mr. Neporent's attention in preparation for this meeting that he has not placed on the record? I would have expected Mr. Neportent, if he does not mind me saying, to have stated it in his opening statement merely to give us the benefit of the information that there had been a technical violation of the non-disclosure agreement rather than leaving it to chance. Obviously, it came to Mr. Neporent's attention and it would be material to our considerations. Are there any other matters that came to Mr. Neportent's attention as he prepared for this session that he now wishes to place on the record?
