NAMA therefore never informed Mr. Neporent that there was any difficulty with Mr. Cushnahan or that there was any previous history. We had very lengthy discussions with representatives from NAMA in this committee at which they were shocked by, and very obviously exercised about, the fact that there was an arrangement between Mr. Cushnahan, Tughans, Brown Rudnick and PIMCO, so shocked that PIMCO had to go, and they were going to force PIMCO out of the process. It was a clear conflict of interest to them that was very concerning. They then have a conversation with Cerberus about a success fee that involves Brown Rudnick and Tughans and they do not mention Mr. Cushnahan or any difficulties or issues.
