As we interpreted the non-disclosure agreement at the time, and my recollection is that NAMA has agreed with our interpretation in prior testimony before the committee, one is only required to disclose advisers that were to have access to receipt of information from the data room. We did not share information from the data room with Brown Rudnick.

It can be proved by showing they did not have access to the electronic data room. They would have had to log in, and they did not.
