Brown Rudnick would have had sight of the data room. I accept that there was a non-disclosure agreement but it is very difficult to forget what one has seen. The detail from the data room cannot be disclosed but it would be useful to know what direction to take to look at something and some things might not be precluded by a non-disclosure agreement. Cerberus was told that it could see a limited amount of information. Did it get the impression that more information was made available to PIMCO and others than to it after PIMCO had withdrawn?
