Sure. One would like to know what the competition was and what they were doing. Often, though, that information is not available and can only be speculated on. In a transaction of this size there are only a handful of logical bidders, of which PIMCO is not really one. PIMCO is not really recognised as a player in this market, something which was recognised in the report of the Comptroller and Auditor General. It has only a small percentage of the market and there are only a handful of players that one would expect to see.
