What I specifically asked Brown Rudnick prior to our engagement was in connection with the information and the material it was going to give us and whether there were any restrictions - legal, contractual or otherwise - on the use of the information and on the provision of the information to us. My question was not limited solely to PIMCO. It was limited to how it got the information from anywhere. My direct understanding was it had the contractual right to share that information with us. To the extent there is information in the data room, and we have never done an analysis to see whether it overlapped, I had the information anyway. We had access to the data.
