After a number of the NAMA meetings in Northern Ireland, the chairperson and the senior executive, the person representing the Executive team, along with anybody who wanted to attend, met with the Finance Minster and gave him a briefing on what was happening. Without going into too much detail, they gave him a briefing on where the key considerations were in relation to NAMA's anticipated actions in Northern Ireland and to reassure that there was no intention of fire sale. This aspect of fire sale kept coming up on a regular basis.
