I wish to refer back to a number of points that were made earlier. In terms of issues such as environmental designations and so forth, there is a contradictory approach in that one cannot do so many different things and, yet, in terms of protecting our environment and rural communities, one can come along and plant acre after acre with little or no regulation and certainly with no consultation with the local community.
