Has Mr. Jewell had a proper dialogue where an insurance company has said that it acknowledges the association's role but the reasons insurance costs are going up is claims, that it is historic, that it is paying for Setanta, Quinn and whoever, and that the company was historically under-charging? These are all the things we are hearing, but we have not yet heard from individual insurance companies and I am not sure that we will. I would like to know if the Consumers' Association has managed to obtain some level of engagement with the people who are providing the policies.
