I will say one last thing to Mr. O'Brien. He should have read those reports a long time ago. He tells us he has read them now, when these allegations date back to the early 1990s and are very serious. For Mr. O'Brien to feel compelled now to read them tells me everything. He should have done it a long time ago and it is inexcusable that he did not considering what we have brought up in this committee, what the concerns have been and their seriousness. That tells us an awful lot.
